What was the highlight of Hotel Excelsior Lisboa
Prime location, very good value for money
There was plenty of diverse food available including breads, jams, butter, Yoghurt , eggs bacon, fruit, breakfast cereals, fruit juice and good coffee. Location is excellent, rooms are quiet, clean and tidy.
Tv didnt function but I was out most of the time anyway

What was the highlight of Hotel Excelsior Lisboa
The hotel was in Lisbon the night before flying out and not unreasonably priced.
The staff wa wonderful and the best part of the stay.
One of the 2 elevators were out of service, and the full hotel had long wait to use the elevator as we were on the 4th floor and I have knee injury. The one elevator could barely hold 2 ppl and their rolling suitcases (tight squeeze). Breakfast was very busy, confusing but ok. The room was definitely showing its classic age and had 4 twin beds for a married couple to choose from. the point of the stay was to be in the city to fly out the next day and was too far from the airport and in the worse traffic congestion. Very few restaurants to choose from that were walking distance.
